For Schools: During primary years of schooling students are in molding phase.As well said that you can mold the soil in any shape till it is wet,once dried nothing can be doneHere when students come in school,special care should to be taken so that best habits are developed in them.They need direction in this phase of life.They are best learners  during this phase. It is duty on the part of school & parents collectively that they nurture the kid in the best possible way during this phase. School life is divided into two major stages:
which are as follows: 
Age group 3-5:- LEARNER PHASE :During this time kids just enter 
in all together  new world so called school.After family, second
 place of learning. Here kid  is exposed to new environment of 
learning different things like discipline,rote learning,things to 
do and things not to do etc. During this phase kids  find 
themselves  in a situation where everybody starts expecting a lot
from them directly or indirectly.
Age group 6-11:- CURIOSITY & EXPLORER ;By the age of 6 years
brain is developed to approx 90%. Kids are very curious during
this phase to know about things going on around them.They want
reason and logic for all the things good or bad going on in their
surroundings. Amazingly explorerIn this phase very special care 
should be taken so that: they are;
